Disclaimer
All pieces are individually handmade by special order and final product may differ from the presented pictures by minor imperfections. Pieces ordered can take up to 5 (five) days to be produced and customers should expect a one to two week delay in pieces are in backorder.
Exchange Policy
No refunds accepted, only exchanges within the first 15 (fifteen) days of purchase all sales Items are non-returnable.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online order, SEPTIMO will accept items for exchange within 15 (fifteen) weeks of purchase. Item must be returned in new and resalable condition and in its original packaging. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a credit notification by email. We can not refund shipping charges on exchanged items.
Please allow 2 (two) to 3 (three) weeks for the processing of your exchange once we receive it. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
We recommend shipping exchanged merchandise with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) for tracking purposes (please, retain your tracking receipt). SEPTIMO will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
To return an item for exchange it is important you follow these steps:
1. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number via email to Septimofashion@gmail.com. We will not accept packages without an RA number.
2. Include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package.
3. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package.
4. Include the RA number and send insured to the following address: One Century Lane, Suite 505, Miami Beach, FL, 33139
